Drawing down on the legendary Baja Peninsula with teammates Mike Cafro and Levi Marana, Prather piloted his Honda TRX450R to the 2006 Tecate SCORE Baja 1000 victory, the team starting in Ensenada and finishing in La Paz. With his Baja 1000 win, Prather also earned the 2006 SCORE Desert Series Overall ATV Championship.
